Members of this group published a call to action to highlight gender inequity in the global mental health research force and research agenda.

We collated experiences of people identifying as women working in the field of global mental health from the Global South and North.

We call for change to promote more equitable working conditions at the level of institutions, funding bodies, journals, research teams and individuals.
