The Women in Global Mental Health Research Group (2023)

  • Members of this group published a call to action to highlight gender inequity in the global mental health research force and research agenda. 

  • We collated experiences of people identifying as women working in the field of global mental health from the Global South and North. 

  • We call for change to promote more equitable working conditions at the level of institutions, funding bodies, journals, research teams and individuals.
